Digital Combat Simulator: Mig-15bis is another of a series of advanced aeronautical simulators developed within the Eagle Dynamics DCS: World platform. It is also another position in the cycle, developed by the Belarusian studio Belsimtek, founded in 2011.
The main "hero" of the game is the single-engine fighter Mig-15, developed just after World War II in the Soviet Union. Its improved version of the "encore", presented for the first time in 1949, was produced in the number of more than 15 thousand copies, which were assembled in Russia, Finland, China, Czechoslovakia and Poland. Mig-15 gained fame mainly during the war in Korea, where he fulfilled his role as an equal opponent to the American F-86 Sabre fighters. Equipped with two 23 mm cannons and one powerful 37 mm caliber, the machine has gained the reputation of one of the most deadly aircraft of its era.
DCS: Mig-15bis continues the tradition of its predecessors, offering a meticulously reproduced, realistic flight model that allows you to experience the experience of piloting this legendary machine. In cooperation with recognized aviation experts, the creators from Belsimtek company recreated not only the armament, but also the technical parameters and all airborne systems of Miga. Of course, there was also a detailed, interactive 6-DOF cockpit, operated by a mouse.
Traditionally, the authors have prepared a number of scenarios for a single-player game, in which we can improve our piloting skills. Thanks to integration with the DCS: World platform, however, the greatest fun is the possibility of a multiplayer game, in which together with other players from all over the world we can face epic heavenly battles with the owners of Digital Combat Simulator: F-86 Sabre.
