Drakensang: Phileasson's Secret is the first expansion for Drakensang: The River of Time, the prequel to a successful RPG entitled Drakensang: The Dark Eye. The add-on requires basic version of The River of Time in order to work.
The expansion focuses on presenting Asleif Phileasson, one of the most famous characters in the game world. We have a chance of getting to know him while taking part in a dangerous journey around the continent of Aventuria, a colorful world of High Elves. We journey with him and the people we met in the original game, uncovering subsequent secrets and the truth about this mystic place.
In the game, we will met a number of new creatures, NPCs and powerful bosses. The expansion also adds few side quests that are loosely connected to the main storyline. We get to know a trickster who trades with maps thanks to which we can visit new caves and ruins. There are also hidden treasures to find and plenty of terrifying ghosts.
It is worthy of mention that the production is a story expansion not only for the PC game but also for the Phileasson Saga campaign, well-known to the fans of the pen ‘n’ paper RPG called The Dark Eye.
