Dungeon Legends 2: Tale of Light and Darkness is an indie RPG inspired by iconic dungeon crawlers. It was created by Lukasz Radziejewicz and his Polish studio Dreaming Wizard Games. The game features 12 large stages, about 15 hours of playtime, 700 different items and improved AI allowing for extensive conversations with NPCs.
Dungeon Legends 2 tells the story of a city resisting the forces of darkness. Its only salvation is the ancient Dragon Blood Crystal. We play as an adventurer delving into Drakensberg Castle to face the evil lurking in its dungeons and take the artifact from the clutches of the Dragon King.
Dungeon Legends 2 is a first-person game, combining real-time combat with exploration of the Drakensberg dungeons. The tunnels are home to many foes, such as giant spiders, bats and skeletons, with whom we'll face off in combat. There are lots of weapons, armors and spells to choose from.
There are also four primary stats to develop, those being Strength, Agility, Endurance and Magic. They affect our damage output, hit chances, our health and mana. Stats can be increased by leveling up or drinking potions.
Dungeon Legends 2 heavily emphasizes AI-assisted dialogue. The developer intended to create realistic conversations, during which the player could affect the story and the NPCs' attitude. Characters our choices and adapt to them, which can result in additional quests and more.
