Blind Fate: Edo no Yami

Edo no Yami: Swords Sing Unseen is a two-dimensional action game that takes place in a futuristic, cyberpunk version of Japan. We take on the role of a blind warrior who fights demons. The game offers a spectacular gameplay that brings to mind associations with the very well received Dead Cells. The game was developed by Troglobytes Games.

Mechanics

In Edo no Yami: Swords Sing Unseen we watch the action from the side-scroll perspective (although the camera sometimes comes closer or curves slightly to show us more details). The game is a platformer that puts quite a clear emphasis on action - we fight with the use of katanas and firearms. The player's enemies are usually robots. From time to time we also have to interact with various types of objects and use sensors that enable us to perceive the environment.
