Ember Knights is an action RPG with roguelike elements. It was developed by Doom Turtle.

Plot

The game is set in a magical fantasy land on a brink of disaster, due to the ambition of Praxis, a mad mage leading a ruthless monster army. The villain has drained all life from the world tree keeping the land together and fled back to his domain.

Players control brave knights, humanity's last hope to stop the mad sorcerer.

Mechanics

Ember Knights is an action RPG. Players explore different maps and fight enemies through an arcade combat system. The game offers a wide range of weapons and skills, combat requiring chaining attacks into combos.

As we progress through the game, we gradually develop our character, acquiring new abilities and better gear. Playable characters can be built in many different ways. We can play as a master swordsman, or an archer shooting poisoned arrows and summoning magical allies to the battlefield.

Ember Knights also features a wide roster of enemies. Aside from regular enemies players will also face elite monsters - the heroes' evil counterparts - and numerous bosses.
