Euro Truck Simulator 2: Nordic Horizons

New region

The main new feature of Nordic Horizons is the aforementioned new region. It includes:

1. Norwegian fjords up to the Arctic Ocean, full of narrow streets, fishing villages, underwater tunnels, long bridges, beautiful landscapes and reindeer;
2. Norrland, the northernmost area of Sweden, one of its four historical lands, today consisting of barren hills and industrial areas connected by the coastal European E4 route;
3. Finnish Lapland, its dense forests and barren tundra contrasting the more urbanized southern part of the country.

While exploring northern Scandinavia in ETS 2: Nordic Horizons, players will get to observe regional architecture - wooden houses, farms, red barns - and learn some things about the vikings. The DLC also emphasizes two popular Swedish car brands, Volvo and Scania.

Technical aspects

Nordic Horizons is not a standalone expansion, requiring the base version of Euro Truck Simulator 2.
