The 3D farm is a casual time-management strategy produced by Play-publishing. Players get to know the adventures of friendly siblings - Ania and Janek, who try to relieve their sick uncle in farm duties and bring a declining farm to flourish.
The 3D Farm is a continuation of the Farm game released in 2009. The creators remained faithful to the genre of time-management strategy, but introduced a number of improvements in gameplay and the audiovisual layer.
The main characters of the 3D Farm are Janek and Ania. The siblings intend to spend their holidays with their uncle in the countryside. Upon arrival at the place, it turns out that the farmer is ill and cannot take care of his farm. A couple of friendly teenagers decide to take care of their flocks and crops.
The player's task is to help Janek and Anna manage the farm and, over time, transform it into a profitable family business. The game is based on classic time management mechanisms. The game involves growing plants (e.g. carrots, tomatoes, cereals) and breeding animals (cows, hens, sheep and fish). Products obtained from the farm can be sold on the local market, which allows to gain money needed for investments, including the purchase of new buildings or modernization of existing buildings.
The game is very dynamic and requires the player to be able to plan actions accordingly. As the game progresses, the level of difficulty and complexity of tasks increases.
Compared to the original, the 3D Farm is characterized by a much more attractive visual layer. Brightly coloured, three-dimensional graphic design is maintained in cartoon style. The intuitively simple interface, which even the youngest players can cope with, is also noteworthy.
