Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer is the third installment in the series of sports and rhythm games. It allow us to take care of our physical fitness through the titular boxing. The game was developed by Imagineer studio, which has been overseeing the series from the beginning.
The gameplay in Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer is based on the scheme developed for the two previous games under this brand. Our task in the game is to box to the rhythm of 30 instrumental pieces (including songs inspired by pop music hits).
We need to deliver blows (like a straight, uppercut, or hook) at the right moments, and they are ed by motion sensors in the Joy-Cons. The more moves we manage to perform, and the more accurate they are, the more points will be added to our .
The game allows us to choose from 6 trainers and modify their appearance as we wish, as well as decide on the length and purpose of our training. We can test ourselves in individual activities (Quick Workout), or develop a complex exercise plan.
Two new forms of activity were prepared for this installment. The first one is Mitt Drills, where we hit the instructor's mitts at our own pace. The second one is Sit Fit Boxing, which includes seated exercises.
As in the previous parts of the series, we can play Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer alone or in local multiplayer mode.

I really like Fitness Boxing 3 as a training tool. I've been incorporating it into my workout routine getting my cardio in the morning with Fitness Boxing 3, and then doing my weights at lunchtime for a more complete experience.
