Fix-it-up: Kate's Adventure is the first part of the time-management strategy series developed by World-LooM. The production is directed to the casual players market.
The main character of the game - Kate - has just graduated from college and returned home. Unfortunately, there is no good news waiting for her. A threat of bankruptcy hangs over the car repair shop run by her father. The resourceful girl enthusiastically goes to work to improve the condition of the company and bring it back to its former glory.
The player's task is to help Kate manage the company. This requires, among other things, servicing customers (10 types of cars with different defects), ordering deliveries of parts needed for repairs, hiring qualified staff, investing in new equipment and buildings. As the game progresses, we will unlock the option of renting vehicles.
The creators have prepared 6 locations, according to the increasing level of difficulty with each level of the game. The player must demonstrate the ability to coordinate activities in time, as well as to plan in advance.
The graphics of Fix-it-up: Kate's Adventure don't differ in quality from competitive productions. The developers from World-LooM took advantage of proven solutions by using two-dimensional graphics in isometric projection and giving the game simple character animations.
