Football Coach the Game

Football Coach the Game 2022 is a hybrid of a football manager and a football coach simulator. The game was developed by RL9sport Games studio - a company founded by Robert Lewandowski, Rafal Cymerman (author of Liga Polska Manager '95) and PlayWay.

Mechanics

In Football Coach the Game 2022, we take on the role of a football coach and carry on all the duties that rest on his shoulders. Our primary task is therefore to create the team, establish tactics and set up training plans for our players. However, we also need to manage the atmosphere in the dressing room, which requires building long-term relationships with the players.

What distinguishes this game from other productions is that during the match we control the coach and react (sometimes spontaneously) to what is happening on the field; nothing stands in the way of calling up individual players and giving them instructions, punishing them for mistakes they have made, or giving information about strategy changes. Our behaviour has an impact not only on football players (building or ruining their morale, among other things), but also on fans and the media.
