Football Manager Touch 2017 is another installment of the Football Manager series by Sports Interactive. The game is available for PC and mobile devices powered by Android or iOS.
Mechanics
In Football Manager Touch 2017 for PC, AND and iOS, we assume the role of a manager of one of over 2,5 thousand football clubs from over 100 different leagues. The game follows the trail blazed by Football Manager Mobile 2017. The title lacks many elements connected to the business aspects of the gameplay which lets players focus on managing footballers and devising tactics. The new options of instant match result calculation makes the game even faster, while the Prozone feature makes it easier to analyze the performance of our club.
Apart from the above, the title features a social screen that lets us become acquainted with the media and our club’s fans’ opinions. The production also offers the Create-A-Team option that allows us to create our own players and clubs.
Game modes
One of the biggest novelties of Football Manager Touch 2017 for PC, AND and iOS is the multiplayer mode. Apart from the Fantasy Draft mode (originally introduced in Football Manager 2016) that lets us create our dream team and pit it against other players’ teams or computer-controlled clubs, the game received two online gameplay variants. In Online Versus, we compete directly over the Internet, while in Online Career, we can play a league together with our friends. Naturally, we might as well play solo.
Technical aspects
Compared to the previous installment of the Touch subseries, Football Manager Touch 2017 for PC, AND and iOS offers enhanced three-dimensional graphics that utilizes the capabilities of tablets. It is also worth noting that we can store our save games in cloud. Thanks to this, we can play the same session both on a computer and a mobile device. The only condition is that we need to have the game in our Steam library.
