The story of Ginger: Beyond The Crystal follows an inconspicuous critter called Ginger, who finds himself tasked with saving a fallen civilization. Due to an ancient crystal exploding, the world was destroyed, and its inhabitants are trapped on other planets. Ginger has to travel there and release his companions.
Ginger: Beyond The Crystal for PS4, PC and etc. is a classic 3D platform game, which focuses on exploration of the available locations. You can visit e.g. a crystal mine, a haunted crater or a enchanted mansion. You also have to fight enemies by jumping on their heads, as well as solve various puzzles, such as traversing through a labyrinth. The game also features many secrets to discover and special abilities, which Ginger earns as the game progresses. An important element of the game is also the building system. After rescuing your companions, you have to recreate their homes, choosing such elements as furniture from the special menu.
When it comes to visuals, the game is nothing too special. While the graphics Ginger: Beyond The Crystal are not bad, they lack anything distinct, although it features colorful character and location designs, etc.
