The creators at High Voltage Software have prepared a game based on the animated series for kids called Go, Diego, Go!. The studio established cooperation with Nickelodeon and transferred the adventures of a young boy to digital world.
The main character is the title Diego, a kindergarten kid with a heart of gold. This time his adventure awaits him in time and the opportunity to get to know the world many thousands of years ago. It's all thanks to a visit to the museum, which quickly turns into a rescue mission for small dinosaurs. Diego, together with friends known from the series, sets off on a journey to prehistory to help his new friends find their parents.
The devs decided to present the adventure in the form of several mini-games. Discovering dinosaur tracks, matching elements, arranging puzzles or taking photos for the album - all this is waiting for the youngest players. The devs did not forget about educational values and included a lot of important information about the prehistoric world. Thanks to this, children can get to know the world millions of years ago and learn a few interesting facts while having fun.
Through collaboration with Nickelodeon, Go, Diego, Go!: Great Dinosaur Rescue features all the characters known from the series, and each of them speaks with the voice known from television. The story is based on one of the episodes of the series, so the greatest lovers of little hero's adventures will easily notice similarities and the events they once saw on a TV screen. Graphically, the game resembles what the cartoonists prepared for the production of the series. There were many animated elements that add charm to the title.
High Voltage Studios' work doesn't include an inch of brutality, and the difficulty level was properly balanced. Each puzzle or arcade task is adequately explained by the program's lecturers, who speak clearly and precisely explain what the mini-game at hand is about.
