New World Computing studio is responsible for its creation, and its main designer was Jon Van Canegh - creator of the RPG series Might and Magic and the game Heroes of Might and Magic considered a precursor King's Bounty from 1990.

Fabula

Fabula Heroes of Might and Magic refers to the sixth part of the cycle Might and Magic and focuses on the character of the knight Lord Morglin Ironfist, who, through a mysterious, magical portal moves to a fantastic land called Enroth. There he meets three other heroes: Lord Slayer's barbarian, Queen Lamanda's sorceress and Lord Alamar's sorcerer, competing for power. The player is on the side of one of the four commanders mentioned above, and his task is to eliminate competitors and take control of Enroth.

A series of turn-based strategies, linked to another brand - Might and Magic. The series was created by the New World Computing studio, and its publisher in 1996-2003 was the 3DO Company. In 2003, the rights to the brand were acquired by Ubisoft, after which the series was continued by such development studios as Nival Interactive, Black Hole Entertainment, Limbic Entertainment, and Unfrozen, among others.
