In House Flipper City, the player's main task is to buy the devastated flats, houses or commercial premises and then renovate them. The player has the opportunity to re-plan individual interiors and prepare a new, unique design for them. Selling finished properties is the main source of income in the game, but in the world of business there are also other possibilities to multiply cash. Renovated properties can also be rented out, so the player will have a fixed monthly income.
The game offers different variants of interior design, but the player must that not every customer can afford the luxuries. At House Flipper City, projects can be fitted to potential tenants. People interested in buying or renting have different amounts of money at their disposal, some will not be able to afford an exclusive flat, others will be outraged again by the proposal to rent a simple studio apartment.
This business is not easy. The player must constantly improve his or her skills by analysing potential investments and deciding whether the project will really benefit him or her or whether to take him or her to the cleaners. It depends on his judgments and actions whether he will become the richest investor in the city or whether, after several attempts, he will go bankrupt.
