House Flipper: Farm

House Flipper: Farm is the third major expansion to House Flipper, a house renovation sim from 2018. It was co-developed by the developers of the original game, Frozen District, and Frozen Way studio.

Mechanics

House Flipper: Farm introduces a number of new features. As the title suggests, the biggest novelty is the ability to run your own farm. The player can raise livestock, such as cows, pigs, sheep or chickens, as well as cultivate the land. This involves seeding and taking care of plants; we use a variety of tools and additional skills to care for our crops. Our animals must have a place to live too, so the expansion also adds pens, coops and various other farm buildings. We can also expand our house throughout the game, adding new rooms or even a garage.
