Layton Brothers Mystery Room, released on AND and iOS, is a detective adventure game. It was developed by the Japanese studio Level-5. The production is available in a free-to-play model. The free version is a kind of demo with a few cases. We can get more cases by purchasing the microtransactions.

Plot

Layton Brothers Mystery Room focuses on the adventures of Inspector Alfendie Layton and his new assistant, a young detective named Lucy Baker. The duo is based in London's Scotland Yard and deals only with the strangest cases. The script was written with a great sense of humor, so despite the often macabre subject matter, the plot can genuinely entertain. During the game, we have to solve the mystery of the death of a strangled woman whose body was found on the hotel balcony, with one hand inside a sandwich. Another time, we have to discover which of the two suspects murdered a man in his apartment, which is not easy, because no one can find the murder weapon.
