Liga Polska Manager 98 is the third installment of the series of football managers, developed since 1995 by MarkSoft. As in previous series games, the player has the opportunity to play the role of manager of a football team.

During the game you can manage the functioning of a selected club from three Polish leagues. The database contains information about teams and players participating in the games of the 1996/1997 season.

Like many similar productions, the player has to cope with the duties of a manager and a team coach at the same time. The management of the club includes negotiating and concluding advertising contracts, selling TV broadcasting rights for matches, investment in the stadium, acquiring the most valuable players and taking out bank loans. Coaching tasks are, for example, defining tactics, selecting the basic eleven and substitutes, controlling the form of players and their involvement on the pitch.
