Release Date: May 6, 1999
Crazy racing game. The action takes place in a crowded city, and we play the role of a crazy driver, for whom the streets of Chicago are the rally track. Our task is to reach the designated points and it is only up to us what route we choose and how many traffic regulations we break on the road. It is worth ing, however, that the police will not stand idly by and watch our demonstrations.
Doesn't each of us sometimes feel like playing the road pirate? Only instilled social norms stop us from rallying through the city streets with the accelerator pedal pressed to the stop, regardless of red lights, one-way traffic or pedestrian crossings.
In Midtown Madness, we don't have to brake ourselves. In the faithfully recreated Chicago scenery we can choose any route and any method of reaching the finish line. Against the current on the highway? I ask you very much, but it requires really strong nerves. On the sidewalks? Of course, ers-by may be able to jump in time. We just have to that the police will not ively observe our actions. The game is a pleasure in pure form, which will distress us and relax.
