A simulation-strategy game, in which we manage a magic school. Mind Over Magic tasks us with expanding our school, taking care of our students and sending them out on expeditions to a dangerous, underground dungeon.
Mind Over Magic is a simulation and strategy game about running a magic school. It was developed by Sparkypants, known for Don't Starve.
Mind Over Magic has us playing as the principal of a magic school. The fate of the school, the students' education and even their lives depend on us.
Mind Over Magic makes use of the side camera perspective. The player must manage the magic school, expanding it with new rooms, decorate them to our liking, setting up lamps, furniture, decor, recruit new students, hire teachers and establish a curriculum. Our students can learn how to craft powerful wands, grow exotic plants, brew potions and summon the undead through dark magic.
We can also test their skills by sending them to the Underschool, an underground labyrinth full of mysteries, secrets and dangers. Whether they'll survive the journey depends on how well we teach them and what we equip them with.
