MLB Front Office Manager, released on PC, X360 and PS3, is another baseball game in the achievements of Blue Castle Games studio, known primarily from The BIGS series. Thanks to the efforts of the publisher, 2K Games, the title is based on the official license of the largest American baseball league, which allowed developers to use authentic team names and player names.
During the game, the player has the opportunity to play the role of the director of the favorite baseball team. Our duties include determining the line-up for subsequent matches, transferring players, searching for young talents and taking care of the club's finances.
The game offers two variants of gameplay. Fans of single-player experience can try their hand at a career mode that includes 30 MLB seasons. There is also an option to compete against live opponents by creating a fully configurable Online Fantasy Leagues, in which up to 30 players can participate.
From the technical point, MLB Front Office Manager is based on solutions well known to fans of sports manager strategies. Most of the actions taken by the player are based on choosing one of the available options in the menu. Noteworthy is the spectacular presentation of events on the pitches, modeled on television broadcasts.
