MLB: The Show 20 is the fifteenth edition of the baseball simulation series developed by Sony. The title places great emphasis on realism and faithful representation of existing players and stadiums.
MLB: The Show 20 is the next installment of the cycle originating in 2005. In accordance with the tradition of the series, the title uses the license of the American Major League Baseball. This has brought real-life teams, players and sports facilities.
MLB: The Show 20 is a powerful baseball simulator that enables us to control our team during matches and act as their manager. The emphasis, however, is on the first of these elements. The title focuses on a faithful representation of the game itself.
In manager mode, the game enables us to manage our team comprehensively. The player is responsible for the transfer of players as well as their selection and training. In addition, the title also introduced the possibility to adjust the appearance of outfits and team logo.
It is worth noting that the statistics of athletes are modified depending on their performance at stadiums in subsequent seasons.
MLB: The Show 20 can be played both solo and with others. In the title, we can play single matches and whole seasons (both against other people and AI). The title also offers a career mode with RPG elements, in which the player takes control of the team and leads it to the top.
MLB: The Show 20 offers realistic graphics. The models of players and stadiums where the competitions take place have been accurately reproduced.

the MLB: The Show series of baseball simulators will be available on non-PlayerStation consoles from 2021 onwards. For over 20 years, the title could only be played on Sony devices. Perhaps this may a step towards hanging the policy on the distribution of exclusive titles.
