Monster Attack

Monster Attack is a science fiction-based, budget TPP shooting game for PlayStation 2. The game is developed by the Japanese development studio Sandlot, formerly known as Human Entertainment.

The action of the game takes place in 2017, when the Earth is a victim of an invasion of foreign races from space. To confront powerful insects and spiders, intelligent robots, flying saucers, and even the Hounds themselves, the nations of the world set up a special military unit called the Earth Defense Force. As a single soldier of this unit, we have to face the dangers that reign in the streets of Japanese cities.

The game is shown in a third-person perspective, and during the next missions of the game our task is to eliminate further waves of enemies with the help of a wide range of weapons: from classic rifles and rifles to powerful guns and rocket launchers. Individual weapons have unlimited ammunition, and the only difficulty in combat is the time needed to reload them. The commando controlled by us can carry two weapons at a time, but it is extremely agile, jumping and rolling to avoid the enemy's fire. If necessary, it can also switch to the FPP view to target a small or more distant rival more accurately. In the course of the game, first-aid kits as well as packages of armour and armour, thanks to which our hero can become a bit more effective or heal wounds healed in battle, fall out of the bodies of defeated enemies.
