Plot

Omega Crafter takes us inside a video game currently in production. Its fantasy world has been attacked by a malicious program that hinders the developers' work in various ways, primarily by filling the land with all kinds of monsters.

During the gameplay, we take on the role of a talented programmer, and our task is to get rid of the bug before things completely get out of control, preventing the project from being completed on time and meeting the game's release deadline.

Mechanics

In Omega Crafter we watch the action from a third-person perspective (TPP). The game provides us with a vast procedurally generated world. The land consists of picturesque valleys, wild forests, mountain peaks, and dungeons full of mysteries.

While traversing the world, we collect raw materials (from wood, through stone, to unusual resources unique to this world), which we use to create items and build various structures, and we also face opponents. We fight dynamic battles with monsters, using various melee and ranged weapons. Apart from regular opponents, we have to face powerful bosses.

We are accompanied by Grammi robot helpers, which we can program at our discretion. Using simple scripts, we decide their behavior, instructing them to collect specific resources and construct certain buildings, as well as transport materials or produce items. The game allows us to both use ready-made commands and create custom behavior patterns.
