PaRappa the Rapper, released on PS1 in 1997, is an unusual game created by NanaOn-Sha studio. The production is considered to be one of the first representatives of the genre of modern rhythmic games, and its great popularity resulted in a remaster for PlayStation 4 which was released in 2017.

Plot

The main character of PaRappa the Rapper is a rapping dog, who wants to impress his colleague named Sunny Funny. However, Joe Chin, a rich and narcissistic dog who likes the same girl, stands on his way. In order to win the heart of Sunny Funny, Parappa starts learning kung-fu and tries to get a driving license.
