Wildlife Vet is one of the games belonging to Petz Rescue series which aims to make young players alert to ecological issues and the possibility of some animal species becoming extinct. This time a young player can become a veterinarian. Wildlife Vet is a cooperative work of Virtual Toys and Lexis Numerique known for a thematically corresponding game called Horsez.

You play as a young woman who starts her own veterinary clinic in the wild. The story focuses on a series of strange sicknesses that touch many animals. These may be a result of water pollution caused by local factories.

In the game you interact with animals in the hospital and have to cure the unusual patients. Wildlife Vet lets you interact with over 12 different species. These include both domestic and wild animals, like tigers, lions, or elephants. The player has to take under consideration the age of animals coming to the clinic before taking actions.

Obviously, the process of treating was made really simple. The player’s job is to diagnose illnesses and then use available equipment and resources to restore patients to full health. A big attraction is the option of playing with animals (such as small tigers) and caring for their daily needs. Moreover, you can interact with the customers of the clinic to get valuable information.

As you progress in the game, medical cards are unlocked. These include information on the animals you treated and medical equipment used. Interestingly, the player may exchange the collected cards with others. Petz Rescue Wildlife Vet features neat graphics, with great care for detailed character models and complex animations of animals. The game also stands out with its clear interface.
