The action of Phantom Brave is set in a fictional world of Ivoire, which is mostly ocean, and life takes place mainly on the numerous islands. We play as a little girl named Marona, who was rejected by her community because of her ability to with the spirits. Wanting to gain respect of the people, the heroine sets out on a dangerous journey to face the destructive force threatening the land.
