Not too complicated arcade game, to some extent referring to the hit adventure film. More than 20 levels to complete. The key point of the game is the fights, although there was also a bit of exploration.
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl is an uncomplicated skillfulness game, very clearly referring to the very popular 2003 adventure film. Generally, however, it can be said that this title is not modelled on the events presented in the cinema hits, and this is because we are dealing with an exceptionally easy to handle action game, focusing almost entirely on the elimination of enemies appearing on the screen. The game does not resemble the productions released for personal computers and Xbox consoles, because those games combined elements of adventure games and classic RPGs. The Curse of the Black Pearl is the responsibility of Pocket Studios, who also developed the second part of LEGO Racers, or a game based on another cinema hytheatre - The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. The Curse of the Black Pearl in this form appeared exclusively on Nintendo's portable console.
The producers' singleleplayer campaign consists of 22 not very complex levels. The player's role is usually limited to sabre duels. The aim, of course, is to eliminate enemies appearing in the area. The duels themselves are not complicated, limiting themselves to the thoughtless pressing of specific buttons. Only in some missions does the player have to take care of getting to seemingly inaccessible locations. For this purpose, single jumps are made and platforms are climbed upwards. The aim is to reach the places where the treasures have been hidden. In addition, every few missions are engaged in sea battles, most often involving two ships. These interrupts are already a bit more complex, although they shouldn't cause big problems either. Visually the Curse of the Black Pearl is quite average. The action is observed in isometric projection. Sea battles were carried out in the most beautiful way. This arcade game does not have any multiplayer modes.
