Postal 2 VR

Postal 2 VR is a special version of the controversial shooter game titled Postal 2, originally released in 2003. This version was prepared for virtual reality headsets. It is the result of a collaboration between Flat2VR Studios and Team Beef, as well as the creators of the original - the Running with Scissors team.

Gameplay

Postal 2 gained worldwide recognition for its brutality and other controversial features and elements. Postal 2 VR does nothing to "tame" the original version.

Tasks

We watch the action in the game from the first-person perspective (FPP) and explore locations with an open structure. The driving force of the gameplay are tasks set before us, such as buying milk or returning a book to the library. Although in theory nothing prevents us from behaving like a decent citizen and politely standing in a store queue waiting for the opportunity to shop, we may well start causing real chaos in the city at any moment.

Arsenal and opponents

Postal 2 VR provides us with firearms (such as a pistol, shotgun, or rifle) and melee weapons, which we can use to eliminate both armed opponents and defenseless civilians. Additionally, our protagonist can fight using his own fists, douse targets with gasoline and set them on fire, as well as use the cat to become... a silencer for their weapon.
