Puzzler Mind Gym 3D is a set of puzzles and exercises that aim to improve the player’s memory, spatial orientation, and overall activity of the brain. According to the producer, the tests were designed by Professor Ian Robertson, a neurologist and specialist in cognitive rehabilitation.
Just like sport games care for the player’s physical fitness, Puzzler Mind Gym 3D offers a comprehensive, 90-day program of daily exercises in several categories. Each day of the program consists of one session, including different games and challenges. In each session, there are several tasks to perform from one of four categories: Visual (tasks based on pictures and graphics), Memorization, Word-based, and Numerical. If you are not happy about the order of exercises proposed by the developers, you can always select any of the pre-designed sessions.
The game keeps tracking all your results – you can check the overall progress in training and its assessment in the individual profile. It is worth mentioning that while solving logical problems, you are provided with information on the physiology and functioning of the human brain.
The graphics is simple enough to clearly visualize the puzzles on the screen of 3DS, but not much more. So you should not expect graphical fidelity.
