Razor2: Hidden Skies is a proposal of the Brazilian studio Invent4 addressed to fans of shump shooters. The production combines the classic elements of 8/16-bit gameplay with much more modern technical solutions.

According to the genre convention, the plot of the game is only loosely outlined. The action takes place in the distant future, and the player plays the role of a star fighter pilot, who must perform the tasks assigned to him and deal with thousands of opponents.

The game is shown with the use of bird's eye view (top-down). The game is about skillfully operating a small spaceship, shooting enemies and avoiding obstacles that appear from time to time. As befits a shoot up game, the boards are scrolled vertically (from top to bottom) showing the next fragments of the location.

Invent4 developers prepared a total of 8 levels and 3 difficulty variants. The player has to deal with 50 waves of enemies, including bosses of boards. During fights you can use 3 types of standard weapons (impulse gun, laser and machine gun), as well as a number of power-ups. The best results are presented on scoreboards and in online rankings.

Razor2: Hidden Skies has an attractive, for independent production, graphic design combining 2 and 3D elements. The music performed by a symphonic orchestra makes it more pleasant to have fun.
