Remington Great American Bird Hunt is a production of Kouyousha development studio addressed to the lovers of the so-called shooting ranges, i.e. arcade shooting of the kind of "viewfinder". The game was inspired by classics from the SNES console, including Duck Hunt. The Remington licence allowed the use of authentic models of hunting weapons.

During the game players can test their hunting skills by shooting at turkeys, ducks, partridges and pheasants. Each species of virtual birds requires a slightly different hunting strategy, as well as the use of appropriate weaponry.

The game offers four variants of fun. The main campaign is for one player and consists of 60 levels of increasing difficulty. The versus mode allows you to compete with up to three live opponents (provided you have the appropriate number of Wii Remote controllers). In the hunting party, players can try to have fun together, divided into rounds. The tutorial allows you to get acquainted with the mechanics of the game.
