Rockefeller: The Black Gold is a production that allows us to take on the role of CEO of an oil company and take care of the continuous development of our own fuel empire. Royaragan Entertainment studio is responsible for its creation, while the publisher is the German UIG Entertainment, which has a number of simulator titles in its portfolio.
The player plays the role of a fuel tycoon, whose task is to create his own company focused on the extraction and processing of crude oil. To this end, throughout our career, we have built several dozen different buildings, ranging from shafts and drilling platforms, through refineries and pipelines, to chemical plants. All in all, creators enable us to produce more than twenty products based on extracted oil, which we can successfully distribute on local markets.
The axis of our development, apart from expansion and further investments, is also research, which allows us to introduce new technologies and save money - it is also a great idea to increase the efficiency of individual buildings or oil facilities. Through the activities of scientists, we can accelerate the transport of oil or invent new objects.
All in all, the authors have prepared over 20 different scenarios played out in different circumstances and market realities - the authors take us back to the times of the stock market boom, the financial collapse or the crisis in the fuel market. The game is also hindered by the dynamically changing economic situation, which requires the player to adapt to the realities of the market.
The game is characterized by uncomplicated and simple visual setting, characterized by other similar low-budget productions. Most of the activities take place on maps showing the area of activities in a picturesque way - financial operations are carried out thanks to an easy to use interface.
