Rocket Power: Zero Gravity Zone is a simple arcade game, clearly referring to such sports series as Tony Hawk's Pro Skater or Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX. The game is also based on a very popular animated series under the same title, produced by the Nickelodeon station in 1999-2004. This means first of all that in the game we can play the characters known from the cartoon. The game preparation is the responsibility of a development studio called Altron, which on the GBA console market is also famous for such positions as Alex Rider: Stormbreaker, or Virtua Tennis.

The course of the actual gameplay is in many ways reminiscent of the already mentioned Tony Hawk's Pro Skater series. We perform crazy tricks, using skateboards, of course. However, it should be clearly stated at this point that the game has nothing to do with realism, especially if one touches on the subject of gravity, which appears in the title of the game, the action of which has been significantly weakened. This means, first of all, the possibility of performing more effective air acrobatics. Additionally, these manoeuvres can be amplified by power-ups raised during the game.
