Rocksmith 2014 is the second installment in the series of innovative music games, which help learn to play the electric or bass guitar. This game too was developed by French company Ubisoft. In order to play, you need to own a guitar and connect it to your PC or a console by a cable. In the case of Xbox 360 version, some options can be selected using voice commands, thanks to Kinect controller.

Just like the previous game, Rocksmith 2014 can teach you how to play well-known songs from the repertoire of the biggest stars of both rock and metal on a real instrument. This time players were offered such hits as Knights of Cydonia by Muse, The Trooper by Iron Maiden, and War Ensemble by Slayer. Besides, Rocksmith also offers a number of lessons and mini-games, which can effectively replace a real teacher and help train the techniques needed to play all the songs included in the game.
