Game mechanics

In Ruinsmagus we observe the action from a first person perspective (FPP). The game is driven by 25 missions, during which we explore the dark underground and solve puzzles, as well as fight dynamic battles.

We cast various spells with one hand, while the second one is used to shield us from enemy attacks. In addition, we can ourselves with grenades and healing potions. Apart from that the game allows us to use teleportation, so we can efficiently avoid enemy blows. As we progress, we unlock new spells and get better armor, spell-casting gloves and shields, so we can face more challenges.

Between escapades we find ourselves in the city, which we can freely explore, visiting stores (where we stock up on new equipment and improvements to the equipment we already have) and cafes, as well as getting to know its inhabitants.
