Sensible World of Soccer is an extended version of Sensible Soccer which debuted in 1992 on Amiga and Atari ST computers, and a year later it was also converted to a PC platform. Both games were developed by Sensible Software studio, also known for such hits as Cannon Fodder series.

Mechanics

In of mechanics, the PC version of Sensible World of Soccer does not differ from its predecessor, and the only noticeable change is a slight correction of the ball's behaviour. The matches are presented from the classic camera angle - high above the football pitch. The same single-button control model is also used, where the force of our depends on how long we push the key. After the shot, however, we can bend the ball by using directional keys.
