The story of Serious Sam: The First Fight takes place in the distant future, where the level of technology has allowed people to make the first few interstellar journeys. Unfortunately, during one of these flights humanity encountered a huge evil, which is the incarnation of the last of ancient immortals called Tah-Um. From the aeons it travels through space and for fun annihilates whole civilizations.
Now it is the turn of the earthly people and their planet. Our civilization is in danger of destruction, but it turns out that humanity has a secret weapon "Timelock", left by the extinct civilization of Sirius. Thanks to it, the best soldier of special units is transferred to the times of ancient Egypt, where he can defeat the much less powerful immortal. At this point the story ends and the role of the player begins, who, using a great arsenal of weapons, has to fulfill the task entrusted to Sam. More information about this title can be found here.
Serious Sam: Second Fight is the second part of the action/FPS game Serious Sam: The First Encounter. Players take on the role of the muscular commander "Sam Stone" and follow the story which is a close continuation of the plot of the previous part. This time, however, the action does not take place in ancient Egypt, but in South America, Babylon and Medieval Europe. Nevertheless, as in Serious Sam: The First Encounter, we will meet the pyramids here, but this time not the Egyptian but the Aztec ones. The hero has at his disposal a large assortment of weapons, which include: sniper rifle, flame thrower and chain saw. It is very useful during meetings with hosts of new monsters and enemies.
The creators used a modernised, more effective and detailed graphical engine, and twelve maps in single player mode are waiting to be ed. The game has implemented a very extensive multiplayer mode (mod created by fans of the game, ie "Seriously Warped Deathmatch" - version 3) containing more than 20 maps and allowing you to play up to sixteen people at the same time. Serious Sam: The Second Encounter is compatible with modems and additional maps that already exist (can be installed in a new folder or the existing Serious Sam: The First Encounter).
