Dreams of an international space station were often destroyed by earthly politics. After the defeats of Russia and the United States, an international consortium of scientific agencies hoped that a space station could be built with the involvement of several countries. However, it needed an international, neutral organization with experience in space exploration to complete the work.

You have been selected for this task. You run agents who have to discover a conspiracy to prevent human expansion into space. As head of the security forces, you follow suspicious clues in exotic places like Rio de Janeiro and Hong Kong. Once you have the right information, you organize secret missions using your team to rescue witnesses, recover necessary equipment, destroy buildings and combat enemy units.
