Soldner-X 2: The Final Prototype, released on PS3 and PSV, is a side-scroll shooter where we pilot a futuristic spaceship. We must not only constantly eliminate new opponents, but also avoid their projectiles. The game was developed by SideQuest Studios.
Soldner-X 2: The Final Prototype is a direct continuation of the first installment of Soldner X - mankind was attacked again by mysterious invaders, and the main character's unit is the only one that can stop the invasion. The story is only a background - the focus is on dynamic action.
Soldner-X 2: The Final Prototype is a classic 2D side-scroller - we keep flying to the right and encounter new enemies. We can also collect various bonuses and upgrades. Each of the seven available levels ends with a boss battle. The gameplay is made even more difficult by the fact that each of the encountered opponents fires numerous projectiles - avoiding them requires great dexterity and precision. The whole system is equipped with a system that adapts to our skills, so we will eventually complete each level.
The title offers the possibility of playing alone or in cooperation with other people.
The visuals of Soldner-X 2: The Final Prototype are a combination of 2D and 3D graphics. Particularly noteworthy are the effects such as explosions - extremely colorful, accompanying us throughout the entire game. Soldner-X 2: Final Prototype also has an interesting soundtrack - while having fun, we can listen to nearly 30 unique songs.
