Star Wars Galaxies: Jump to Lightspeed is the debut official extension to the famous MMOcRPG online game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided. The enrichment of the basic product with this add-on results mainly in the emergence of individual spacecraft in the virtual world, used for independent exploration of interplanetary space (an alternative to public means of communication) and the establishment of a real-time fight with living opponents or representatives of Artificial Intelligence.

A total of about fifteen different vehicles have been implemented, well known to enthusiasts of the Star Wars universe - among others single-person X-wing, Y-wing, TIE Fighter and TIE Interceptor fighters and a YT-1300 carrier (the memorable Han Solo piloted such a model, baptized as the Falcon of the Millennium). Using any flying machine (but first you have to buy it or construct it yourself) you can travel within ten extensive galactic sectors, filled with various celestial bodies, asteroid fields, etc.
