Release Date: December 6, 2018
Another expansion for Stellaris, the popular 4X space strategy game by Paradox Interactive studio. MegaCorp introduces the ability to play the role of CEO of an interstellar corporation, as well as a number of new mechanics.
Stellaris: MegaCorp is another add-on to Stellaris - critically acclaimed space strategy. The expansion adds the option to become the leader of a powerful, galactic corporation. Paradox Development Studio, the developers of the original version of the game, is responsible for creating this title, while the release was handled by Paradox Interactive.
The main novelty added to Stellaris in the MegaCorp expansion is the ability to be at the forefront of the galaxy corporation. As the head of the company, we have the opportunity to set up its branches on individual planets and trade with other factions. Over time, our corporation will grow in strength, which is visible thanks to the new Corporate Authority system.
The expansion also introduces a number of other mechanics. Ecumenopolis allows us to increase the population density in the cities under construction (which may ultimately result in the creation of a powerful planetary metropolis). We also have the opportunity to trade slaves and gain new assets from the Ascension subcategory.
Caravaneers, star nomads who travel and trade in different parts of the galaxy, always looking for new opportunities, are also an interesting novelty. You need to keep an eye on them, as these masters of commerce are often a source of surprises - their actions may further facilitate or complicate our plans.
Stellaris: MegaCorp offers both single and multiplayer modes.
Stellaris: MegaCorp does not make significant changes to the technical layer of the original game.

Game Ratings for Stellaris: MegaCorp Video Game.
PC Invasion: 3.5 / 5 by Jason Rodriguez
MegaCorp is a decent inclusion to Paradox Interactive's spacefaring strategy sim. Sadly, it can be overshadowed by what the free update already provides to the core Stellaris experience.
GameSkinny: 7 / 10 by Fox Doucette
Stellaris' latest Ferengi expansion is well-made and lovingly crafted, but there's not enough lasting appeal.
GameSpace: 8 / 10
Overall Stellaris: Megacorp brings a fair bit of new things to the game as well as changing some of the older systems. It may take a while to get used to the change, but it should prove to lengthen the longevity of the game. The new factions add great flavor and a different way of playing. The game stuttering and sometimes freezing midgame and beyond is the biggest issue with this DLC. You may want to wait a bit for some patches on this.
