Strategic Command WWII: Assault On Communism

Assault on Communism is an official addition to WWII's extensive turn-based strategy Strategic Command: Global Conflict, which requires a basic version of the game to work. This time, the authors focused on the theme of the invasion of the military axis on communist Russia. An invasion which, as we know, did not go as planned.

We have at our disposal several new campaigns, giving the opportunity to take part in the German-Russian battles of 1941-1943, such as Operation Barbarossa, Operation Fall Blau, Citadel or Operation Typhoon. This set complements the Operation Kita-Go campaign, which presents an alternative history of the Second World War.

The plugin brings with it all the improvements given to players with the Gold WWII version: Global Conflict, such as refreshed interface, improved zoom and artificial intelligence, new slots, retreat, reconnaissance and army morale. The authors have added ten new unit types, successive deployment phases of the army (including auto-deploy mode) and revised rules.
