Super Motocross is an arcade game addressed to motorcycle acrobatic enthusiasts. The player can try his hand at riding a crossbike, overcoming obstacles and performing spectacular stunts. The title was produced for MyPlayCity.
Super Motocross is a simple arcade game inspired by the popular game Trials HD. The title was produced for MyPlayCity and is offered for free in digital distribution. Thanks to the efforts of the Play-publishing publishing house, on the Polish market the game was also presented with a paid edition of Deluxe on an optical medium.
The player plays the role of a motorcyclist who is not afraid of the steepest hills, breakneck jumps and spectacular stunts. He can demonstrate his extraordinary two-wheel drive skills on fifteen obstacle courses, struggling with the ing time and merciless gravitation.
There are four models of motorcycles available in the game (three of them must be unlocked), which differ in appearance and basic driving characteristics. The game is about reaching the finish line in the shortest possible time, overcoming obstacles, performing stunts and avoiding tipping over.
The physics engine used in Super Motocross is characterized by extreme simplicity, and the driving model has a strictly arcade character. Riding on obstacles motorcycles behave extremely unstable, which requires reflex and constant concentration from the player.
The audiovisual layer of the game clearly indicates its low-budget character. Poor three-dimensional graphic design, however, finds its justification in very low hardware requirements - Super Motocross can be easily run even on several-year-old computers.
