Super Robot Wars X is another installment in the popular tactical jRPG series, popular especially in Japan, in which you control giant robots. The production was published by Bandai Namco and released for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. It was developed by B.B. Studio.
Super Robot Wars X is set in a world of Al-Warth, ruled by the God of Wisdom. You can play as various characters inspired by various anime series (including The Unchallengable Daitarn 3, and Aura Battle Dubine) and fight using futuristic giant robots.
The gameplay in Super Robot Wars X consists mostly of spectacular battles between the robots. Each machine has its distinct abilities (including attacks) and weapons. As the game progresses, your character's abilities level up.
The robot battles also feature many cutscenes, during which their pilots talk to each other and report on the fight.
The game features 2D visuals in anime style. Also noteworthy is the audio layer. The dialogues are fully voiced and the soundtrack features a great many songs.
