Tales of Symphonia Chronicles & Tales of Graces F Games Compilation for PS3 is a compilation that contains Tales of Symphonia, Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World and Tales of Graces F. All the titles are part of one of the most renowned series of jRPGs. The saga started in 1995 and since then is taken care of by Namco (currently Namco Bandai). It consists of more than a dozen of main installments and almost as much spinoffs, all of which were released on most important gaming platforms. The collection of two installments of Tales of Symphonia, called Talles of Symphonia Chronicles, was at first released in late-2013. It contained games that were released on GameCube and PlayStation 2. Tales of Symphonia is one of the most acclaimed entries in the series that became popular mostly thanks to its plot. The main protagonist of the game is young and enthusiastic Lloyd Irving, who together with his friend accompanies Colette Brunel and her entourage in a pilgrimage. Their destinations are temples scattered across the world. In each of them Collet must participate in a ritual that is supposed to save the dying planet. Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World takes place directly after its predecessor and it enables the player to meet two new characters – Emil Castagniera and Marty Lualdi. Emil is convinced that his parents were killed by Lloyd Irving. The boy wants to have his revenge and his wish will become simpler as the pair will soon encounter the protagonists of the previous game.
Tales of Graces F was at first released in 2010. It was an expanded port of Tales of Graces, a game that was released one year earlier on Nintendo Wii. The title has complex and interesting combat system that utilizes the best gameplay mechanics from previous entries in the series. The game takes place in a fantasy world divided into three powerful kingdoms. The plot focuses on young Asbel Lhant, heir to a small duchy located in the border of two political powers that fight each other. Together with a mysterious girl named Sophie, his brother whom he hasn’t seen for a long time and other friends, he will start a long journey that will determine the fate of the world.
