The Banished

The Banished is another big proposition of the Polish development studio NAWAR, known for such titles as Demonic Speedway, Gun Warrior or Mafioso. This production is a RG species and was set in a fictitious reality, on a distant planet, which in many respects resembles the Earth from the early Middle Ages. So we have several continents populated by a number of different nations, which, because of their low level of development, live in isolation without getting in touch with each other or even not seeing about their existence. Among individual nations there are only opinions of philosophers about the fact that somewhere across the ocean other people live.

The protagonist of the game is a growing man who does not his past. One day a local shaman met him in a nearby forest. Due to the fact that he did not anything, not even how he found himself in that place, the shaman led to a nearby village. With time, he got along with its inhabitants and became a part of the local community, and because of his extraordinary physical strength, he became a lumberjack. And so he led a peaceful and harmonious life for some time, until the moment when he was struck by strange visions while performing his daily duties. He saw in them, among others: a huge steel castle and a brightly lit corridor - places he did not seem to know, but they caused him peculiar feelings of fear, excitement and at the same time evoked some voices from the past. As his senses returned to normal, he realized that he was still standing in the same place, in front of his hut, and his axe was lying next to him. Everything seemed to be in order, but when he looked at the ocean, he saw a familiar shape emerging from behind the horizon, a shape he had seen many times before.....
