In the game we play the of the resistance movement, and our task is to create a rebel team and help Katniss Everdeen free more districts of the world Lord from President Snow's tyranny.
The Hunger Games: Panem Rising, released on AND and iOS, is an uncomplicated RPG with card elements, set in the universe of The Hunger Games series of films and books. The title was developed by Kabam on the occasion of the premiere of Mockingjay Part 1.
In The Hunger Games: Panem Rising, we play as the of the resistance movement, whose task is to create a strong team and help Katniss Everdeen free Panem from the cruel tyranny of President Snow. The gameplay mechanics are similar to Kabam's earlier games, such as Heroes of Camelot or Legends of Middle-Earth released less than three weeks earlier. The game boils down to exploring individual districts of Panem and recruiting new heroes, among which we will find a whole gallery of characters known from books and films. With such a team, we participate in a series of skirmishes, freeing districts from the tyrant.
Battles with Peacekeeper troops take place automatically and their result is determined by the skills and statistics of the individual of the team. We can train recruited rebels to improve their specific skills. During the exploration, we will also find a whole array of useful items, which will allow us to increase the parameters of characters, loyalty or teamwork skills. Since the game is distributed in the popular free-to-play model, impatient players can create a strong team faster by using real money boosters.
The graphics of The Hunger Games: Panem Rising don't differ in quality from previous browser-based games by Kabam. However, special emphasis was put on the appearance of the characters so that all fans of The Hunger Games can easily recognize their favorite heroes. Although the game doesn't allow for direct PvP competition, the implemented social options allow with other leaders of the resistance movement from all over the world. This option requires a connection to the Internet.
