The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story is an action RPG set in the universe of Moonlighter, a warmly-received game of the same genre.
The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story takes place in the land of Runeterra, or more specifically - in Demacia, where peace has been achieved after a long period of turmoil involving magic. The authorities rule the kingdom ruthlessly, and though they outlawed magic, they use it themselves to maintain their reign. The main protagonist is Sylas, a fugitive mage, whose pursuit of vengeance destroys the Demacian status quo.
The gameplay of The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story is shown from the top-down perspective. The player traverses Demacia and meets its inhabitants, completes quests and battles enemies. Combat is dynamic, letting us use melee weapons as well as various spells.
The pixel art visuals of The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story maintain the colorful artstyle known from Digital Sun's previous work.
