An original, first-person action experience delivered by Dejobaan Games. The player takes on the role of a female stunt performer gifted with an incredible ability to manipulate time. The plot focuses on her newest assignment, which is a film about crazy robots attacking the inhabitants of Boston.
Tick Tock Bang Bang for PC is a first person shooter offering unusual gameplay mechanics. Tick Tock Bang Bang was created by Dejobaan Games - a developer popular for titles such as SUPERHOT, for the game regularly makes references to that title in a hilarious tone.
Tick Tock Bang Bang for PC is set in an unspecified, future period. The player assumes the role of Delta T - a woman gifted with an extraordinary ability allowing her to manipulate time. This power has made her a perfect stuntman - she gets hired every time a filmmaker requires extremely dangerous action scene to be shot. The campaign begins when Delta T is working on her newest film about an attack on the inhabitants of Boston conducted in 2032 by crazy robots, which actually takes place in the world of the game.
The scenario here is only an excuse to make the player encounter a series of increasingly difficult challenges. Once the player is introduced to the plot, it does not play any significant role any more.
Tick Tock Bang Bang for PC is an unusual FPS game offering exclusively a single-player experience. The player observes the in-game environments through the eyes of the protagonist and the campaign consists of short levels based on the concept of puzzles. In each level, the player has to survive, eliminate all the enemies and reach a designated spot. The challenges are truly extreme here, for the player is required mainly to maneuver between cars speeding on the highway, fight aggressive robots, avoid large stones falling, jump on the roofs of moving trucks and dance in order to avoid deadly laser beams.
Delta T is fragile however, because one accurate hit puts an end to her life. Thus completing all the levels would not be possible without the unique ability the protagonist has. Time es only when she is in motion, thus stopping results in time slowing down to a great extent. This allows to analyze each scene without being under constant pressure. Consequently, the player can plan their actions beforehand and overcome great difficulties in so doing. What makes the job harder however, is the fact the protagonist's laser gun reaches targets only within the range of about 2 meters. Although the gun can be loaded with long-range rockets, the number of those on each map is greatly limited.
A simplicity-driven level editor is an additional feature the game comes with. This allows to create new challenges quickly and share them with other of the community.
